Summer Baking Lessons
At the beginning of the summer I the opportunity to teach baking lessons to a very enthusiastic, talented young lady.
During our week long escapade we made an array of desserts. Homemade ice creams; dairy free strawberry, vanilla custard spun without a machine and pistachio gelato. We formed these ice creams into a giant three layer Baked Alaska!
Along the way we also made chewy marshmallows, decadently iced sugar cookies, and a towering six layer sea salted chocolate caramel cake, just to name a few!
